這次訂的行政房，去到小李經理給升級了套房，這樣的驚喜可以有，套房環境不錯啊，客廳和卧室空間差不多一比一，朝向廣場很熱鬧，晚上還可以到一樓吃宵夜，暖心小粥很巴適，退房還送了小禮品，這次是住的值了！

設施：該有的基本都有，但是房間裡邊的設施都有點舊，電視也不夠大，燈不夠亮，都是小燈沒有大燈
衞生：星級酒店的通病，地毯清潔不到位，沒得拖地臟兮兮的
環境：酒店公共區域環境挺大氣，明亮，但是房間不拉開窗簾燈不夠亮，沒有及時發現地板很臟，等到晚上才發現，已經不好換房間了
服務：服務人員服務很及時，説話很温柔
